Oltmans Construction Co. Promotes James R. Bogle to Chief Estimator

April 1, 2014 – John Gormly, President of Oltmans Construction Co., proudly announces the promotion of James R. Bogle to Chief Estimator.

With over 15 years of estimating experience, James assumes the vital role in overseeing the company’s preconstruction/estimating services and staff. His diverse project portfolio consists of: commercial/industrial warehouse and distribution centers, business parks and corporate office complexes, climate controlled facilities, manufacturing, single and multi-family residential, education, healthcare, high-tech, and public works. James received his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance at the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
