Oltmans Construction Co. Ranked Among California’s Top Third Contractors

WHITTIER, CA – Oltmans Construction Co. of Whittier, CA, with offices in Thousand Oaks, CA, has been ranked among the top one-third of all general contractors in California based on 2007 volume, according to California Construction magazine.

Oltmans Construction Co., which recently celebrated its 75th anniversary, was ranked number 22 statewide among its top 71 counterparts, California Construction reports. The publication listed Oltmans as having logged $340 million in California revenue during 2007.

The publication reported that the Haven Park office complex in Rancho Cucamonga, at $23.7 million, was the largest project to be completed by Oltmans during 2007. It added that the Stater Bros. perishables building in San Bernardino, was the largest project commenced by Oltmans during the year.

Based on data released by California Construction, Oltmans Construction Co. was among the top 10 general contractors headquartered in Southern California included in the survey.

Among other projects completed recently by Oltmans Construction Co. are the warehouse/showroom for Living Spaces Furniture in Panorama City, CA, and the Mechanix Wear headquarters in Valencia, CA.
