Birtcher Logistics Center

This project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial facility spanning 330,048 s.f.. We successfully managed and delivered a facility designed to meet the high standards of both operational efficiency and future growth.

The facility features a 4,000-amp electrical service, providing ample power for a variety of industrial uses. To accommodate large-scale operations, the building’s design includes a 36-foot clear height, allowing for the storage and movement of goods with ease and maximizing the facility’s operational capacity.

A key component of the project was the inclusion of 78 trailer parking stalls, ensuring adequate space for the facility’s logistics operations. Additionally, the building is equipped with 51 dock doors, strategically placed to optimize the loading and unloading process for shipments.

Our team collaborated closely with all stakeholders to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards throughout the construction process. The successful delivery of this project provides a versatile and efficient space for future operations and sets the stage for long-term growth.
