Ground Improvements - EPA & DTSC Oversight
During activities generating dust, all on-site personnel had to be HAZWOPER trained. Due to soil composition, clean corridors were built for underground wet and dry utilities. A Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System (VIMS) was installed, and the existing Groundwater Extraction Treatment System (GETS) was relocated and maintained during construction. A site-wide cap was installed to contain dust, with above-ground planters ensuring cap protection across all landscape areas.
