Fullerton ADA Improvements

Currently under construction is the preparation of an office and warehouse space for a new tenant by implementing cosmetic and functional upgrades, with a primary focus on ADA compliance. The scope included installing new carpet, replacing or refinishing doorframes, and upgrading lighting fixtures to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space. The construction scope is anticipated to complete within 10 weeks.

A significant component of the project was ensuring compliance with ADA standards. This included making pathway modifications at the warehouse entry to provide accessible and safe entry for all users. Additional ADA upgrades were made throughout the facility, aligning with modern accessibility requirements and enhancing usability for individuals with disabilities.
