This lease tenant improvement falls under the RAD (Re-Imagining Ambulatory Design) concept. The basic requirements call for (6) Primary care providers with (2) specialty providers. These provider spaces will be supplemented with nursing modules and support spaces.

A key component of the design of the space is flexibility as there is a limited footprint to work within.
