Carport foundations, structural steel, and photovoltaic installation. Oltmans’ added a solar rooftop and carport system to the existing KIA headquarters located in Irvine. Delivery included addressing the foundation and framing for the panels, setting the racking, hold downs and panels. The project was completed on time and the scope was completed while KIA remained operational.
