The project consists of a new office tenant improvement build-out with related site improvements. The scope of work is as follows:

Interior

  • New office space in northwest corner
  • Interior wall framing with painted gypsum board
  • Restrooms and showers
  • Interior and exterior finishes
  • Finished ceiling systems
  • HVAC ducts and registers
  • General lighting, switches, & receptacles
  • Fully-automatic fire system to be modified to accommodate new build-out
  • Roof & wall insulation throughout
  • HVAC units throughout entire building
  • Additional electrical panels & transformers
  • Increase power service from 4,000 amp to 8,000 amp
  • Power to 20 IDF locations throughout the warehouse
  • Dock levelers with complete dock packages (30)
  • Scrubber dump with charging station
  • Forklift charging stations
  • 8-ft. tall chain-link fence with gates and openings to surround robotics area

  • Free-standing ESFR pump house and related parking revisions
  • Generator and diesel fuel tank with concrete screen walls
  • Modified exterior door openings
