Concrete Self Perform Services
With over 400 carpenters in the field and three-generations of leadership within our forces, Oltmans Construction Co. is proud to be one of the only self-perform tilt-up contractors in California. We complete approximately 10-15 million-square-feet of tilt-up projects annually.

Oltmans Self-Perform Concrete Operations
Whittier, CA – Oltmans structural concrete division, dubbed ‘OCCO Concrete,’ was established in the 1940s at the same time the company became a signatory to the Carpenters Southwest (aka Southwest Carpenters Union). Today, the firm remains affiliated with the carpenters and is also affiliated with the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA) and continues to push the boundaries of concrete excellence. These affiliations allow the company to maintain a high level of craftsmanship and staffing ability unique in a volatile industry.
